Korean Ultimate Defense (KUD)

Korean Ultimate Defense (KUD) is a self-defense focused program to enhance substantial amount of reflex muscle memory, defense techniques, and fitness training utilizing the foundations of Taekwondo.

KUD is most useful and applicable to life-threatening and/or other potentially violent situations to avoid any potential harm while following through with an escape plan.
